Oh this girl, I just love her! Not only is she incredibly gorgeous, but she’s oh so talented at the young age of 18! Kamryn is a Senior, and is getting ready to graduate from High School here in Utah. I am so honored that she chose me to photograph her senior session, as I know she’s worked with many talented photographers through modeling. When we were planning her session, Kamryn expressed that she really wanted to shoot with the blossoms at the Utah State Capitol. Since blossoms (and Utah weather) are so unpredictable, we were on blossom watch for 2 weeks leading up to her session. Luckily, the blossoms hung on through a few rainstorms, and they looked beautiful as ever when the date finally came for Kamryn’s senior session!
I am obsessed with all the outfits Kamryn brought – so fun and colorful, and just perfect for a senior session! The pink dress was a dream to photograph, as it had just the right amount of movement, and helped bring out a pink hue in the blossoms. The blue & white outfit perfectly compliments Kamryn’s skin tone, and plays up her long legs. Plus, she accessorized in just the right way – not too much, and in fun accent colors! Outfits play such a big part in how your photos turn out, and Kamryn absolutely nailed it!
As you’ll soon see, Kamryn is a super talented ballet dancer! I danced all through my childhood and into high school, so it’s always fun to have seniors that I can relate to in that way. I was so excited that she brought her pointe shoes, as I’ve always wanted to photograph a ballet dancer en pointe! Kamryn had quite a few spectator’s watching her during the session, as she was busting out one beautiful move after another! Just look at her extensions and leaps – wowza! Right?! I had so so much fun doing this session, and getting to hang out with Kamryn again was just the cherry on top of a beautiful evening! Congrats on graduating girlfriend!!
