These two are love on fire! When they kiss, passion literally oozes out of them! Upon exiting the Bountiful temple, they had the biggest smiles on. It was clear that they were absolutely thrilled to be husband and wife! It is so fun to witness how much Emma and Mitch adore each other! That is one of the best parts of my job – seeing people on one of the happiest days of their lives!

The Bountiful temple has been under construction for years, so we were somewhat limited on spots to shoot at, but it was a fun challenge to find pretty lighting and try to dodge all the construction equipment. The wedding color of the year is definitely a light, dusty blue! The bridesmaids looked so pretty, and everyone in Emma + Mitch’s wedding party was so fun and full of personality! I love that Emma + Mitch included lots of family members as their bridesmaids and groomsmen! When shooting at the Bountiful temple, I love to capture all the fun arch architecture that is near the front! Of course, Emma and Mitch are so beautiful and so in love, that they’d look good anywhere!

Later that evening, their reception was held at Hideaway on Angel in Layton, and it was wonderful! I think everyone in attendance would agree that Emma + Mitch’s surprise ballroom dance was the star of the evening! But my favorite part, the part that got me a little teary eyed, was during their first dance to Chris and Bri’s song “Found You”. Not only are Emma + Mitch amazing dancers, but they’re beautiful singers as well! During their first dance, they kept singing to each other with big smiles on their faces, and it was just beautiful!

Emma and Mitch, thank you for having me capture your wedding day! It was so fun (and hot haha), and I have loved witnessing your love!! I hope Cancun has been amazing!
