Stormie and Greg met the typical way people meet these days, on a dating app! They quickly connected and have built quite an exciting life together! They love to be adventurous! Hiking and exploring new places are two things they love to do together! Since Stormie and Greg spend a lot of time in the mountains, a Jordan Pines engagement session made perfect sense!

The aspen leaves were stunning with their yellows popping against the green of the pines trees! Stormie and Greg were dressed to impress. Stormie’s burnt orange dress was the perfect contrast to the mountain backdrop. Greg looked put together in his crisp button-down and denim jeans. Just the perfect amount of fanciness for a photo session in the mountains!

It was so fun getting to know these two, and learning all about their new-ish life in Utah! We were able to talk about the joys (and pains) of owning older houses that need renovations. I especially loved hearing the story of their proposal! It ended up happening after a great camping trip with their friends, and it was a complete surprise! They were finished with packing up, and were doing one last walk through when Greg dropped down on one knee and asked Stormie to marry him. Obviously she said yes, because here we are today haha.

I always love shooting a Jordan Pines engagement session, because the light is soooo good all over!
